How to Join a Group

So you are new to Torchable and would like to find and join a group that is happening nearby? We are here to help!

Here is how it's done: 

1. While signed into your account, click on the community icon in the lower nav. (It looks like a few houses stacked on each other)
2. Then on the Community page, click on the Group icon.
3. On the Groups page, you will see all of the groups in your area. If you are following a church, your church's groups will be prioritized on the list to make them easy to find! 
4. Here you can also use the search if you know the group's name or the filters to help hone in on the groups you are looking for. 
5. When you see a group that you would like to learn more about, you can tap on it to view the group's details page. On the details page, you can see the group leader, details, and group meeting information. 
6. If everything looks good and you would like to join a group, you can click on the "Join the Group" button at the bottom of this page. 
7. This will send a group join request to the group leader. Once the group leader accepts the request you are in! 
8. Now that you are a group member, you can see the exact meeting address, profiles of the other members in the group, and have access to the group chat!
