How to Submit Feedback

While using the Torchable App, if you notice something out of place, encounter a bug, or have an idea for an added feature, we want to hear it! Here is how you can submit feedback: 

1. Open the App and click on the profile icon in the bottom right to open up your profile settings. 
2. Then on the upper right corner of the "Settings" page, you will see three lines on top of each other. (this is called a hamburger button) select it. 
3. Then near the bottom of the listings is a "Support" section with the option to "Submit Feedback" Tap the button. 
4. On the feedback from there are 2 fields: 
   • Email: in case we want to reach out to you for clarification. 
   • How can we do better: where you can write out your feedback. 
5. After the form has been filled out, you will need to tap the "Submit" button. 

When the form is submitted it is sent to Torchable staff so that they can review it and take action if needed.
