Direct Messages

At the top of the Messages page, you will see three tabs, the right tab is labeled "Direct". This is where you will find all direct messages. 

More About Direct Messages

1. You can direct message people you are connected to. There are a few exceptions to this though, like being able to message group admins that you are not connected to. 
2. You are able to add reactions to direct messages, but we currently do not have a reply system. This is being looked into. 
3. Currently, direct messages can only be between you and one other user, but we are also looking into adding the ability to have multiple users within one direct message. 
4. If you share content with a user via messages that will appear here. This process is initiated on the screen where the shared content can be found. 
5. When viewing a direct message, you will see the user's profile and name at the top of the page. You are able to click on this to view that user's profile. 
6. If you would like to close a direct message and/or report a user, this can be done by clicking the three dots in the upper right-hand corner.
